A meeting was held with a Bulgarian Socialist member of the European Parliament

The peace plan of the Ukrainian people was presented during a meeting with Ms. Tsvetelina Penkova, MEP, member of the Budgetary Control and Industry Committees, as well as the Commissions for Regional Development and Internal Market. As the delegate of the Representation of the Ukrainian People Yuriy Derkach noted, Ms. Penkova is one of the youngest and yet influential MEPs.

She has several major parliamentary activities, among which are preparing reports as rapporteur or shadow rapporteur on topics of common interest to the Union, participating in plenary sessions and debating with other EU institutions requiring oral or written responses. The Representative Office hopes that the mutual understanding reached and the common ground on which Eurosocialists and the Representative Office stand will help to further disseminate our vision of a peaceful settlement of the military conflict in Ukraine among European politicians.
